Competencies for external Agile Coaches
Based on competency frameworks from the ICF and others — which competencies are important and required for Agile Coaches? An examination of the scientific concept of competencies and its connection to the professionalisation of coaching.
About this talk
First, we take a look at the scientific concept of competencies and the connection with the professionalisation of coaching, consulting, and other "helping professions".
In the second step we look at proposed competency frameworks — among others the Team Coaching Competencies of the ICF — discuss them, and try to assign the most relevant and important competencies for Agile Coaches working externally.
